Story: Home from Chanukah

When impulsive interior designer Molly Baker-Stein barges into Jon Adelman’s apartment and his life intent on planning the best Chanukah party their building has ever seen, neither expects that together they just might discover a Home for Chanukah.

Afikomen(Trivia):
The original title for this story was 'home for hanukkah', but it was changed for the sake of consistency. I still like the alliteration of the original title :).  Max StLaurent, the hero of 'crossing the line' makes an appearence here.  He's one of Jon Adelman's favorite hockey players.
One of my favorite scenes to write (and read aloud) is the scene in the bullseye store. It's for everybody who's wanted to see 'holiday' displays that include more than one holiday :).
The story is partially set on the boarder of Inwood/Washington Heights. and I couldn't set a story there without including one of my favorite foods: mofongo :)
